What we collect
When you sign up for E-CV we store your email address and any profile information you choose to add (name, username, headline, bio, location, avatar, contact email, and links). When you upload a CV or create a project we also store the files you upload (PDFs, images, videos) along with the structured information extracted from them.
How we use it
We use this data to render your public profile, resumes, and project pages, to generate PDF exports, and to operate the service. We do not sell your data to third parties and we do not run any advertising on E-CV.
Where it’s stored
Your data and uploaded files live in Supabase, our database and file storage provider. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. Anonymous usage analytics may be collected via PostHog to help us improve the product.
Your choices
You can edit or delete any project, resume, or piece of profile information at any time from your dashboard. You can mark resumes and CVs as private so they are not publicly accessible. To request a full export or deletion of your account, email us using the contact link in the footer.
Changes
We’ll update this page when our practices change. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
